The New Cerato for 2012

Posted on 27. Sep, 2011 by in Reviews

Korean cars are known for its reliability and value for money all across the globe. The current line of Kia includes Sportage, Soul, Forte etc and all of them are performance oriented and distinctly styled. We hear that very soon we will be seeing a brand new Cerato for 2012.

It will come as a 2 wheel drive 4 door sedan, which will have a seating capacity for 5 passengers. Under the hood will be a 1.6liter 4 cylinder engine mated to a new 6 speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.

First Look

The vehicle is not expected to come in a very sporty body style, as was its coupe versions. Some can even call it a bit boring or a rebadged Civic.

Drive Impression

The handling and responsiveness is quite addictive. The ride might get a little stiff when you go on a long drive, even the suspension is not the strongest one. It basically is a car to play around with and then sell it of.

Some Attractive Offerings

Inspite of being from the segment of small sedans it has a plethora of features inside it. Some of them are:

• In-dash 6 CD changer with steering mounted controls,

• Full Auto gear box with Manual Shifters on steering wheel,

• Bluetooth integration with car stereo,

• Sunroof,

• Rear sensors with graphical display,

• Full leather upholstery,

• Key-less entry and

• Push Start Ignition

Kia Cerato 2012 scores the maximum point when we start counting the features that it offers at such a low price. The engine is also quite perky and has no problem revving up.
